“The future is not some place we are going, but one we are creating. The paths are not to be found, but made. And the activity of making them changes both the maker and the destination.” – John Shaar

Dear Parent,

As a mother of three children, I truly understand the importance of trusting a provider to care for your child. As parents, we love our children so deeply, and we need the peace of mind that we’ve found a center where the staff truly cares about our children. At Urban Toddlers, it is our objective to provide the highest level of quality care and education for your child in the safest, most secure environment available. In order to provide this level of care and education, we began with a state of the art building, highly qualified and caring teachers, instituted internationally recognized curricula, and strict levels of safety and cleanliness.

Children who have the opportunity to start their education early in life have a much better chance of becoming successful. What a child can be, what his or her interests will be, and what his or her capabilities will be, are determined in a child’s early years. Urban Toddlers’ educational philosophy is to provide your child with the skills necessary to excel in school and life. Our philosophy is based on universal values and proven curricula that recognize the importance of each individual child’s interests and talents.

We thank you for your interest in Urban Toddlers Child Development Center and look forward to being an important element in your child’s education and development.

Sincerely,

Nazli-Shahine

Teaching is my passion. It was only when I started teaching young children that I realized that this is what I want to do for life. Only very lucky people do what they like as a job and I consider myself one of those rare lucky ones. I believe in a teaching philosophy that allows for structured freedom, creativity, self-expression and knowledge acquisition. With capable, well trained teachers and reformed curricula, I know that schools can produce empowered Egyptians with a sense of citizenship that is urgently needed for the country’s development.

I am very happy working at Urban Toddlers. I feel enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and passion with everyone here. I am looking forward to more learning, re-learning and un-learning, from my colleagues as well as parents. I believe that parents are children’s first and most effective teachers. I think that parents and teachers need to work together to insure a positive impact on children’s development.

Yasmine Abousbaa
